PLEASE NOTE: Members of the IEEE-USA Board of Directors shall be of Senior or Fellow Member grade, with the exception of the IEEE Early Career Representative, who shall be an IEEE US Member at the Graduate Student Member Grade or higher who has graduated with a first professional degree within the past 15 years.
